SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (merchandise labeled as: Ships from Manufacturer).

We will make every effort to ensure the fastes turn around time available in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Billing Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

Return & Exchange Policy

Temporary COVID-19 Policy:

We understand that the COVID-19 crisis has created unprecedented and unanticipated challenges for all of us.

In order to offer flexibility to our customers during this time, we’ve adjusted our return and exchange policy.

For customers that placed orders between 2/1/20 and 3/28/20, we will accept returns through 4/1/20. Return or exchange requests for orders placed prior to 2/1/20 will be handled on a case-by-case basis so please contact our customer service team directly at pong@pongman.com.

For customers that placed orders on or after 3/29/20, we are unable to accept returns at this time.  As more details arrise, we will be changing these return policies as soon as we are able.
